 The 24th Annual Miss Hawaiian Tropic® International United States Pageant Finals Presented by Turtle Bay Resort!
The Top Four Finalists were Jennifer Tinney, Yuma, Arizona; Claudia Nell, Houston, Texas; Aimee Chuhaloff, Omaha, Nebraska and Sara Brown, Honolulu, Hawaii. Jessica Earp, Atlanta, Georgia was voted Miss Photogenic. Bambi Omo, Aspen, Colorado was voted Miss Congeniality. Honolulu, HI – September 30th, 2006 – Oahu, Hawaii’s luxurious Turtle Bay Resort and renowned leading sun care provider Hawaiian Tropic®, celebrated the 24th Annual Miss Hawaiian Tropic® International United States Pageant Finals presented by Turtle Bay Resort. The legendary Turtle Bay’s tropical paradise boasts miles of white sandy beaches, secluded bays, panoramic ocean views, and amenities galore all enhanced with the enchanting island spirit of Aloha! Breathtaking sun-drenched horizons merge with the rolling waves of the Pacific shoreline to complete this unique resort experience that served as a back drop for the events.
One hundred and two gorgeous contestants from across the country competed with charisma, charm and beauty as this year’s theme took them “Under the Sea” to compete September 25th – September 30th, 2006. The top four finalists will go on to represent the United States in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic® International Pageant to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada in May 2007. Actor Marc Monroe joined co-hosts Kristen Achee, the reigning Miss Hawaiian Tropic International 2006 , as well as the talented Sterling Rice to host the pageant finale on September 30th. Festivities were filmed by Sterling Productions in conjunction with Bennett Productions, Inc., for an upcoming one-hour televised special that will broadcast nationally in the spring/summer of 2007.
